Recruiting and Interviewing
We recruit our staff on an ongoing basis and we adhere to strict guidelines when accepting referrals. During our interviewing process, Life Force Eldercare evaluates personnel on their verbal and non-verbal communications, realizing that sometimes actions speak louder than words.
Background Checks
Our applicants undergo a thorough criminal background investigation using State Police Records and/or FBI Criminal Background Records.
Caregiver Evaluation
All caregivers are consistently evaulated to ensure they are providing exceptional care.
Insurance
Our staff of caregivers is bonded by our insurance company and covered by our professional and general liability insurance. We also carry Workman's Compensation Insurance for our caregivers while in your home in the event of accidental illness or injury.
